Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website or contact us.

Effective date: September 18, 2026 Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Overview

Opspera Technology Group (“Opspera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected when you visit opspera.com, contact us or request information about our services.

This notice covers our public website and related inquiries. Processing performed for customers under a managed-services agreement may be governed by that agreement and separate data-processing terms. This policy is a notice of our practices, not a request for blanket consent or a guarantee of legal rights beyond those available under applicable law.

Our Website Terms of Use address permitted Website use. They do not replace this privacy notice, provide blanket consent to processing, or limit rights or duties that cannot lawfully be waived. Separate client agreements govern contracted services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our contact form requests your full name, business email address, phone number, company and message. We also receive information you provide by email, telephone or other communications. The form records an acknowledgement of how inquiry information is used and an IP address for spam prevention.

Technical and usage information

Our hosting and service providers may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, requested URLs, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location and diagnostic/security logs. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Plausible measurement scripts on the public Website.

Do not submit passwords, access credentials, government identifiers, payment details, health information or other sensitive or regulated information through the public contact form.

IP addresses and abuse prevention

When you submit the contact form, we record the IP address your request came from. The address comes from a small endpoint on our own website, hosted by Netlify, and is sent with the form. We do not use a separate IP-lookup service. Netlify may also keep the address in its hosting and form logs. We use it to help investigate spam and misuse.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, arrange consultations and assess requested services.
  • Communicate about an existing or prospective business relationship.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the website.
  • Review hosting and diagnostic information to understand performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Detect spam, prevent abuse and protect systems and users.
  • Maintain appropriate business records, comply with law and protect legal rights.

If we send promotional email, you can unsubscribe as described below. Submitting an inquiry is not a requirement to agree to unrelated marketing.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small browser-stored files. Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or deletion. Local storage is a separate browser mechanism that can retain settings across visits. Other technologies may include embedded content, scripts and request logs.

We do not currently provide a cookie-preferences interface. You can control cookies, local storage and similar technologies through your browser settings and privacy controls.

Technology Purpose Storage and control
Hosting and security technologies Deliver pages, support form processing and detect abuse. Logs and any provider-set cookies depend on the service; browser controls do not remove server logs.
Google Maps Displays our office location. Embedded content can send device/network information to Google and may use storage under Google's settings.
Google reCAPTCHA Helps distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Google may process device, network and interaction information and use cookies or similar technology.
Theme preference Remembers the light or dark appearance you select. Stored in your browser's local storage as opspera-theme; clear website data to remove it.
Google Fonts and vendor icons Supplies typography and platform icons. External requests may transmit network information. Browser controls can restrict these requests.

Cookie expiry and server-side retention are different things, and persistent identifiers may be renewed on later visits. Cookie names and lifetimes can change when providers update their services.

5. Services we use

We do not currently use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Plausible measurement scripts on the public Website. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.

Netlify hosts the Website and processes contact-form submissions. Our first-party IP endpoint uses Netlify request context. The contact form does not use a separate third-party IP-lookup service. These services receive technical information needed to process their requests.

Google Maps displays our office location, reCAPTCHA helps protect the contact form, and Google Fonts supplies website fonts. The Services page also requests vendor icons from Google's favicon service. Each service may receive device or network information when your browser connects to it.

These embedded and security services operate independently of analytics. The absence of analytics scripts does not mean that no third-party requests, cookies or processing occur.

See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about partner sites. Third-party privacy practices and features may change.

6. How we share information

We may disclose information to hosting, form-processing, communications and security providers that support the website and our business; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; parties involved in protecting rights or investigating abuse; and successors in a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We do not offer personal information for sale for monetary consideration, and our intended website use does not include targeted advertising or remarketing. Whether a particular provider arrangement constitutes “sale” or “sharing” under a privacy statute depends on the arrangement and applicable definitions.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with authorization when required.

7. Data retention and security

We retain inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage relationships, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our rights. Security logs have separate retention settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send confidential credentials through public forms or ordinary email.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to Opspera, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; opt out of certain processing; or appeal a response. These rights may be subject to verification, exceptions and legal retention requirements.

Email contact@opspera.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request without sending sensitive documents unless we provide a secure verification method. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.

To stop promotional email, use its unsubscribe mechanism or contact us. We may still respond to your inquiry and send necessary non-promotional communications.

Cookies and browser controls

You can block or delete cookies and clear website data through your browser. Browser privacy settings, extensions and tracking protection may restrict analytics and embedded services. Blocking cookies alone does not guarantee that no requests or processing occur.

Some privacy controls can affect maps, form verification or other features. If a form cannot be submitted, email contact@opspera.com instead. Requests to delete information already held by us are separate from clearing your browser data.

Where applicable law requires us to honor an opt-out preference signal or provide a specific opt-out mechanism, we will handle your request as required.

9. International visitors

The Website may be hosted, accessed, and operated from the United States. If you access the Website from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws in your location.

10. Children's privacy

The Website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

11. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every third-party service you use.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change is material and applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
