Our Founder's Story
Opspera Technology Group was founded by an IT professional with more than 17 years of experience in banking, insurance, and other financial services. His career began in technical support and progressed to Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning systems administration, infrastructure engineering, cloud initiatives, large-scale migrations, disaster recovery planning, vendor management, and technology leadership.
Working in highly regulated environments reinforced the importance of security, reliability, business continuity, and operational efficiency in every technology decision. Over time, that work included modernizing infrastructure, leading cloud adoption, evaluating platforms, and guiding technology investments.
As his responsibilities grew, he saw a recurring gap: many organizations need experienced infrastructure and architecture guidance, but do not need—or cannot justify—a large internal IT team. Opspera was founded to provide that expertise through defined projects and advisory engagements.
The goal is straightforward: help organizations make sound technology decisions and complete important projects without adding unnecessary complexity.
Today, Opspera focuses on infrastructure consulting, cloud solutions, virtual desktop and application delivery, technology procurement advisory, solution architecture, and modernization. Rather than acting as a day-to-day help desk or managed service provider, Opspera helps organizations assess their environments, plan changes, execute migrations, optimize what they already have, and make informed investment decisions.
